Annual Levies
Educational Tours
All educational tours must be paid prior to departure. If school fees are in arrears, children will not be permitted to go on tour until overdue fees are settled. In certain circumstances, tours may be invoiced to your school fee account.
Stationery, Workbooks & Textbooks
Detailed lists will be provided to all students at the beginning of each academic year.
Payment Terms
Key Rules
- Annual discounted fees are due on or before 31 December 2025.
- Payments are due in advance or before the 1st of the new month.
- Grade 0000–11: payment options include full settlement, termly and 12 months.
- Grade 12: payment options include full settlement, termly and 10 months.
- Multiple payment term selections will not be permitted.
- An account payer may request one payment term change per academic year, aligned with cut-off dates.
- If full settlement or termly fees are not received by the specified cut-off date, the school reserves the right to automatically revert the account to a monthly payment plan.
- Levies and ad-hoc fees are due in the month they are billed.
Sibling Discounts
Two or more siblings registered concurrently - each from the second sibling onwards receives a 10% discount on tuition fees (excludes all other costs).
Cancellations
A full term's written notice (4 months) is required. A two-month notice is required for fixed services such as transport and aftercare.
Payment Methods
- School fees are payable via debit order. Debit orders are not available for annual payment terms.
- Annual discounted fees must be paid via EFT no later than 31 December 2025.
- Debit orders may be processed on any day of the month and are run in advance.
- In the event of a rejected debit order, an immediate EFT payment will be required to avoid suspension of services.
